Shipping Information

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Shipping delivery should only take 1-3 days from the time your order is placed and processed. Living further away from NC, holidays, incorrect address information, or special circumstances could affect this timeframe. Once your order ships you will be sent a USPS tracking number and more information.

Once your order is shipped and accepted by the courier, we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If your item is damaged upon delivery, we will review these instances on a case-by-case basis and exchange or refund your item. 

Please email waistpop@gmail.com and use the subject line "Damaged Delivery" so we can speak with you directly concerning your damaged item(s). Include your name, order number, and best contact number in case we need to reach you. You have 48 hours from time of delivery to claim damage.
